These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NGMOB Pte. Ltd. ("NGMOB", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing our website (ngmob.com) or using any NGMOB product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

The Terms apply to all NGMOB products, including:

• > Floniks — MCP-native, all-modal creative studio (image / video / drama).
• > Naga — LLM reasoning engine for studio use.
• > Hollow Lullaby — Game agentic coding — Rust · Bevy · Lua.
• > Kolens — TikTok creator intelligence with a Claude MCP plugin.
• > GoGlow — AI portrait studio for photo, video and animation styles.
• > TimeDodge — TikTok mini-game — a casual reaction game running natively inside the TikTok mini-game platform.

A product may publish its own supplemental terms; in case of conflict, the product-specific terms govern for that product.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an NGMOB account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@ngmob.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the products to:

• Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
• Generate, distribute or promote content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, hateful or that infringes intellectual property.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create realistic likenesses of real individuals without their consent.
• Scrape, mirror or reverse-engineer any part of the products beyond what is permitted by law or an official API contract.
• Interfere with the products, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or circumvent rate limits, credit caps or platform restrictions.
• Use TimeDodge in ways that violate the TikTok mini-game platform's own rules or community guidelines.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement in response to violations.

NGMOB and its licensors retain all rights in the products, including software, models, designs, trademarks and logos. Except for the limited licence to use the products under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant NGMOB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the products and to comply with law. NGMOB does not use Your Content to train foundation models. Outputs you generate are yours to use, subject to law and to the terms of any underlying generative model provider.

Some products require paid credits or subscriptions. Prices, credit amounts and plan terms are shown at the point of purchase. Credits are consumed as you use paid features and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account. All payments are handled by our payment processor under its own terms.

Our products invoke third-party generative model providers (e.g. FAL.ai, MiniMax, Hailuo, Anthropic) and platform hosts (e.g. TikTok mini-game for TimeDodge). Their terms govern your interaction with those services. We are not responsible for third-party services, outputs or outages beyond our reasonable control.

The products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGMOB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Generative outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGMOB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid NGMOB in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

You may stop using the products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a product with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Singapore, unless a different forum is required by mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and, where required, by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
